Everything went as planned. Everyone was helpful during the experience! I would recommend Chris to my friends and family. Online portal was very easy to use and made uploading documents easy. Overall a good experience.
poor communication. Unprofessional. Had a lot of problems that were unnecessary. I've gone through this process about 10 times in the past decade and this was the worst experience I've had.
