Simple process!
He is always accessible and available to me and my clients. His knowledge of the mortgage industry is excellent, and his customer service is wonderful.
Almost everything was handled via computer and scanning docs. Very seamless and if I had any questions I could call Chris!
Great response times from Chris along with great attention to detail and willingness to explain all steps well to the customer.
