Though I had limited contact with Chris , being the List agent on this Transaction- Chris was extremely responsive and very thorough- .. abd woukd not hesitate to work with him again.
All of your staff were very professional but added personable touches to their interactions. It made a very stressful process easier to handle.

It was very frustrating that my closing got canceled initially and they were still asking for documents the evening beforehand. However, I think this may be common practice with mortgage processes and not necessarily reflective of any issue...
