A nightmare is what I would call this business. The pre-qualification process was strung out over 2 months. Chris told us multiple times that we were looking great and he was just waiting for the approval letter from the underwriters. Every...

Chris and his team had a tough job with our cash out refinance...and they got it closed in time as promised. There were definitely some challenges involved to hit our target date; and he exceeded expectations. He even fought to have a fee removed...
