    Communicating though Chip and multiple party's (Harbor Homes, our realtor and my wife) I think some things got lost in translation.

    Some communication was not understood easily. The items with buying a newly built home were not conveyed well. The appraisal really tipped our hats which I understand Isn’t Chip’s fault but it was a waste of our money for a newly built home....
