The ease of the the transactions and getting information and answers!
I felt that my Refinance was taken seriously and was done in a timely manner, but with such ease of presentation that I did not freak out. I was kept updated at each stage and with language that I could understand.
Making sure everything is well revised such as income/closing amount of money. I was being told many different amounts at times. Overall we all managed to reach the goal and exceeded. It was a big learning experience for being a first time...
