Took to long wrong had to repeat paperwork for loan 3 times. I had to ask your feed back sometimes left 3 or 4 messages. Wrong lenght of loan and rate i had to tell them. Not a very good experience.

Cheryl and her team are simply the best. From helping determine what loan type was best for our situation, to walking us through the entire process, you could not ask for more helpful and friendly people. Will forever use NOVA going forward....
