More concise knowledgeable instructions on what kind of documentation I'd need to submit to prove my debt-to-income ratio and a better idea AHEAD OF TIME of the rapid timeline of closing.
Cher and her team were amazing! There was excellent communicatio, everything was timely, and most of all I felt that Cher saw me as a person and not just a client . This was my first home purchase and it was made seamless!
