It was supposed to be convenient having someone come to the house. But they were given the wrong paperwork , and we had to reschedule and change our work schedules around a second time. Other than that everything went smoothly.
Chelsey was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. No question was left ambiguous or unanswered. I believe the mortgage process was as seamless as possible.
