Cheldon, he was so nice when we first got the house, he was the first one we thought of when we refinanced
Good loan writer
After struggling for months with another mortgage company (who dragged it on and on only to find out they couldn't finalize my loan), Cheldon jumped in and saved me! He got me a better interest rate and got me straight to closing!
It got completed so quickly and closed without all the last minute requests that I have experienced in the past. I appreciated how everything was done via email, but if I did have questions, Cheldon was always available by phone to answer them....

We are a hockey family so many nights and weekends are spent at the rink.
