One aspect i appreciate was the continuous use of a single email chain. This simplifies communication so there's no needles back and forth. Another aspect was the speed at which everything was handled.

This is the second time we have used Chase for Mortguage needs. We also referred a coworker to him as well. He is excellent at his job and I'm sure we will use him again.
