Charles made the process easy. I am self employed which is usually a loan nightmare, but his team was great and everything went swimmingly.
Everything. Everyone was Extremely responsive and we were able to accomplish getting our house purchased in Knoxville on a short tome frame without any issues. Will always use Charles and his team for my mortgages and refinances.
The ease of communication was outstanding. Charles Ricketts went above and beyond assisting us thru the entire loan process.
