I had to change Lending Officers in the purchasing process. That caused a good deal of stress on my part. Charlie, once assigned did great to repair the damage caused by the void.

Very helpful in explaining the process and finding an appropriate mortgage for us. His team did an exceptional job responding immediately every step of the way from first identifying the house to post-closing.
