Charlie was very responsive and explained things well when I had questions. He explained his assumptions from estimates so that I could understand comparisons. I appreciated his service and connection.

Charlie was very helpful and responsive to all of the questions we had. He was very transparent with where charges were coming from and it never felt like he was giving us a lower estimate to make a sale.
