Not really. I was forced to use this lender by the builder for incentives. Had this not been the case I would have shopped around for better opportunities.
The miscommunication that occurred with the qualifying income it was not explained that the loan was based on expected income increase and not current income. Overall, besides that everything was easy and smooth. Thank you

Billy and his team were great. They made the house buying process easy and were always available to answer our questions. Anytime something changed they quickly updated us and made sure we knew what was happening.

The team was great! As first time home buyers the process was so smooth! If we had any questions they were able to answer within 24hours! Everyone was super flexible! Billy walked through the whole loan via zoom and it was super beneficial!
