My name is Charles Nell. As a Residential Real Estate Sales Professional I have been blessed to have helped nearly 1000 Friends and Families sell and/or buy their dream homes, all alongside my fabulous team at Coldwell Banker Trusted Advisors. Originally from Artesia, New Mexico, I came to Lubbock to receive my Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University. I immediately loved West Texas, and ended up calling it home. My sweet wife, Laura, and I have 3 wonderful children and a daughter-in law, all Red Raiders as well. I became a Realtor to live out my passion, which is helping you achieve all your residential real estate goals and dreams. I thank the many, many dear friends who have allowed me to help them and those to come in the future. Hats off to you!
