Hi, I'm Charla Watts. I've been in the mortgage business forever. When you apply for a mortgage with me, I promise two things: 1. I will communicate. I remain your point of contact from first interview until the final call when your loan closes. Though it takes a little loan village to approve a mortgage, I stay "with you" thru each step. I'll text, email, chat on the phone or meet in person but I guarantee, I will not hide from you. I don't take on more business than I can handle in a professional manner. 2. I'll advocate for you. If you are a smidge outside the box, I'll work hard to help you fit the guidelines OR if you're really outside the lines, I'll work with you on a longer term plan if you like. About me: My favorite restaurant is El Charo in Mesa, Arizona. I'm an Arizona Native. I'm daughter of a Gilbert farm boy and his good wife. I'm a mother of three adorable children, (Twins daughters and one son), a sister to four fantastic brothers, and most importantly, a wife to one amazing man (who does the laundry).
