I ran into additional fees for the loan I did not expect!
We had a great experience! Pam was so knowledgeable and helpful. The process was easy and smooth! They definitely had the lowest rates and costs. Would use them again!

I was not informed properly on status of loan.Request for information was not requested in beginning phase of loan as a result, closing changed three times. Amounts needed at closing changed from a small amount to a larger than expected amount....
