Experience was great up until the very end. Closing went smooth paperwork was smooth. The one big catch was they "required" the SOD to be put down and although the builder asked not to they put the SOD down in July. Because of this a lot of...

Had a good very good experience with Trease Mortgage Group and they were able to find a good lender with a fair enough rate and fees. The on- line electronic system worked fairly well. The actual paper closing went smoothly and we had no issues....
