    Chad and his team gave me a lot of personal attention. They called me or emailed me the same day I contacted them. They went out of their way to help me when I was not sure what was being asked of me.

    The communications were not timely and were unclear - using stock language that's really long and convoluted in emails is not helping. It's hard to know what is missing in the portal and it's unclear who I'm working with throughout the process....
