Chad is amazingly responsive, even when not in the office, which is totally unexpected but incredible service. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful in finalizing our decision on our home.

Chad and the team was very communicative, easy to work with, and helpful with coordinating with the seller.

Overall the process was easy. At times we were being contacted by several people from their cell phones so it looked like spam. But otherwise it went well. Also, there times we’d put things in the portal and have to remind people of documents....

Chad was very helpful throughout the loan process. He and his team were always quick answering questions. This was my first mortgage and they made the process easy.
