I wish there was clearer communication from Chad at the beginning of what to expect, what was going to happen next, etc. He answered my questions regularly, but sometimes I felt he was hard to get ahold of. I also wish I would have just known...

The only questions came from the buyers about receiving documents 1am the day of settlement. They were just questioning the documents because they felt they had signed them before. They signed with no issues, but were curious.
Chad was tenacious, smart, always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. It was not an easy process but he and his staff were patient with me and willing to help me get all my ducks in a row. Chad was extremely accessible and responsive...
