Constant communication and explanation of the process and necessary documents
In the best of circumstances, it will always be a substantial pain in the a** due to government regulation of lenders. The team did the best they could do under the circumstances.

Chad was prompt and attentive. He had all our info dialed in when I needed it and even though I can be a little scattered, he kept me on track and on pace through the entire lending process.
