It was great because I was working with Chad in the pass so I knew what to do and had a lot to do to make things work and I did what I had to do, Now I am a home owner 🎉🎉 he’s great to work with and will lead you in the right direction

Chad's communication style is superb. I appreciate the text messages when text was appropriate and the emails when they were appropriate. He just didn't send an email, he text to give a heads up and that goes a long way in the busy environment...
