    Holly was fantastic, but I found that Chad sent me short clipped emails that didn't answer most of my questions or really explain the process of what I was signing.

    Very professional. And responded quick and explained everything throughly. This was our 3 mortgage lender we worked with throughout this home buying process, and they were by far the best.

    This was by far the easiest and smoothest mortgage loan process I've ever experienced, and this is true from start to finish. Chad and his team are excellent. I recommend him highly.

    Based on our level of qualification, we did feel that underwriting required unnecessary documentation; it caused extra work to gather and provide documents and explanations.
