Professional, humble, and easy to work with. Helped us with our offer well into the late hours of the night and then available first thing in the morning to finalize everything. Not a single complaint about the process.
Communication and explanations are key in Lending and Chad was very helpful and supportive on both fronts. He is a great person to work with!
