Easy closing. Information was collected ahead of time so closing went smoothly.
Chad was very knowledgeable. He also worked very quickly to get everything set up and was also patient enough to explain everything to me (a 1st time home buyer). Him and his team were a pleasure to work with.
Chad was all around amazing, made all of my responsibilities super simple and moves very quickly! Always very quick to respond to any questions you may have. M
