Feeling comfortable to talk to, very easy to talk too. Very sweet and nice guy.
We needed to switch lenders 2 weeks before our closing date, and Chad was there to help. Not only did he help us figure out a better strategy in the loan to use, he was able to process it all very quickly and we closed on time. Highly recommend....
