My partner and I were fortunate enough to have met Mr. Nixon while looking at a model home we liked. From the get go Chad was friendly and knowledgable and we immediately felt comfortable wirh him. Chad took down info of what we were looking...

Long distance sale, Chad took care of all the little things that I wasn't able to! If I had a question or concern, he was only a phone call away and very prompt with whatever I needed for a solution!

Chad sold my condo in a week. He was a great person to work with and explained things to me that I wasn't sure on. He really work hard in selling my place and it showed when I had a contract in a week.
