Communication lacked during the undwriting and closing process. I wasnt clear on what to expect next. I reached out several times and never received a response. I had to ask several questions just to understand where the loan process was.
Cedric was great, however, Evan and the underwriting dmtheir feet and kept coming up with excuses beffinally closed nine days later
Cedric was amazing to work with. He was on top of everything to get our loan approved and clear to close. He definitely went above and beyond for us and our first time home buying process.
