    Cathy is creative, intelligent and prompt. I have used her for both an initial mortgage and a subsequent refi. She best the rates offered by local banks and the closings were smooth. She is the only lender I will ever use.

    Had a great experience with her. She's very easy to chat with and clearly knows his profession's ins and outs. We can get an hour responce form her. We will definitely use him when we decide to sell our condo in the future.
