Willing to take may phone calls even if I had already called 5 times that day. willing and able to answer all my questions big or little. Kept in communication regarding information needed for me and willing to explain items as needed.
Everything was fine. We had a few small issues to overcome, but the staff worked diligently to make everything smooth.
Cathy went the extra mile making sure my client was not overcharged an erroneous fee presented at the last minute. She was pleasant to work with and has great communication skills.

Cathy is a Lifetime Member, and former committee member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. Cathy is also a former member of the Board of Directors of the Be An Angel Fund and completed two terms as Chairman of the Board. In 2013 & 2014, Cathy served as Chairman of the Board for the Better Business Bureau of Greater Houston and South Texas.
Cathy and her husband, who originally hails from the UK, have made their home in Fort Bend County for 25 years, and share it with two rescue dogs, known as “the kids”.
