The communication was excellent. As you know, to people who don't do this very often, this process can be confusing and convoluted, so the level of communication worked well for us. The online dashboard system is very well done too.

Always quick with answering questions
First thing is buying a house using the app is rediculaous. The constant alerts in the app suck, then when you go to the app it says there is nothiung to sign, untill you find out some things are on a second loan that you have to drill down...
