The system that moved us through the refi process from start to finish was engaging, non-pushy and fast. Considering we did this during a pandemic I am very impressed how easy and seamless it was.
Use a different title company the Capital Title, LLC. There was no time to review documents. 60 minutes to close 3 separate loans. No copies of signed documents were provided at the closing.
Fed Ex delivered copies 2 days later.
