We are first time home buyers and did not understand much about the process. Carol called us, communicated with us, physically sat down with us, and answered all questions. She was more helpful then our real estate agent.
Carol has always been positively wonderfully to deal with. She is very generous with her time always making a point to answer questions and calm your concerns. This was not our first loan with Carol and I doubt it will be the last.
Carol was extremely helpful and supportive during the entire process. She went out of her way to assist us with any issues that happened to occur.
Carol always is on top of the transaction from start to finish and a pleasure to work with. Carol communicates well and follows up on anything needed. I wouldn't use anyone else.
