Carlos and his team were so incredibly helpful from application through closing. Every step of the way we knew what was happening. This was our third home purchase, and definitely the easiest of the three experiences.
Having gone though bigger banks before our experience was much more personal. Every member of the team was there to help with their part of the process and make sure we were on track.
