Communicates extremely well. As a first time home buyer, he explained things to help better understand. Always willing to meet on the phone or virtually.

Telling me one thing and putting on paper different, Stop making $1,000 errors that I was to pay for, not my error ,asking for more information when I was told I didn't any more
Carlos was available to answer any questions we had along the way. He was transparent with us and I never had any doubts that We weren’t being taken care of.

Various times when we couldn't get ahold of anyone when we needed answers. Total process went to the day before closing and our agent and lawyer were sending emails trying to get answers.
