awe so sorry, Hans, the paperwork can be very daunting. I wish there were less pages in all contracts or that we could do things on just a handshake again! thank you for the patience with even the yucky parts.
Carla was friendly, very engaging and gave us the time to make a good decision. She keeps her clients and develops new plans should conditions change. She represents FOA well.
