    I think there were times where there was too much certainty in her responses, getting my hopes up about specific dates, but then the outcome would be a day or two later. The outcome was not her fault, but maybe being less specific in times...

    The process was fast and easy. They really went out of the way to provide the best customer service. During the refinancing I was out of town and we still managed to complete the paper work on time with no issues.
