It was a pure joy helping you and your family find a home of your own.

Carl was awesome and kept checking in with me for months and months until we got into a home. He was wonderful even when I wanted to choke out the under writer.

Carl and his staff did an excellent job of assisting us with the purchase of our home. The entire process was quick and seamless. They truly care about their customers.

More transparency & accurate numbers on closing costs, more research on getting lower fees, monthly credit report pulls is too much, paperwork for Texas not applicable in WA, knowing all forms needed at beginning of process

We appreciated the updates and the consistent communication. The e-mails and phone calls greatly helped me track where I was in the process. The team is super friendly and understanding.

After two failed attempts to get approved for a loan, Carl was able to get me approved almost immediately. Highly recommended!

He made the this crazy process less crazy!! Helped and explained every step of the way!!
