Carl was very easy to reach and returned calls right away if I left him a message. He answered all our many questions and was happy to answer them twice if we needed clarification or further details. Outstanding communication and follow through....

Knowledge, response time, communication

The home office needs to stop asking the same thing over and over

Carl, did a good job communicating, went out of his way to get things right. Apologized for multiple items that the parent company in Texas either lost or didn't get right, not his fault, and hung in there with us through out the whole process....
