Carl and Mistie were great to work with! I very much so appreciated their guidance through purchasing my home.
Carl was great. He made sure I knew what part of the process the loan was in. Every time there was an issue, Carl always had a solution...This only comes with experience which you can tell he has. Great experience overall!
Carl communicated well and often, we never thought we were not up to date on what was happening and needed to be done with the loan. He explained the loan process very well and made us feel very confident in the process.
Carl and Mistie keep us in the loop and ON TRACK during the entire process. Moving is such a hectic time and Mistie kept us inline with her reminders and action items, we would've been lost without her!
