Everything got handled well

Overall communication and not meeting timelines were the biggest disappointment. There were too may delays and not enough good excuses on why we kept getting delayed.

Hi Tina, I'm sorry that you feel as if I didn't communicate with you enough. I kept you aware of the status of the loan at every level. Sometimes there are delays that are outside of our control no matter hard we work on maintaining the closing...
