This was a rough time for the market but Carey went the extra mile to find us the rate we wanted, despite the additional closing costs (points). He is also very good at explaining the complex mathematics behind how mortgages and rates work....

I think that's all there is to it. He set me up with a fantastic realtor, has financed 2 properties with compeitive rates, has worked during off hours and gives it to you straight. It may be a bit of a drive from me but worth it.
