Office did not follow through on what was discussed for policy change, returned phone calls nor transferring agents when instructed.
I have had state farm for my renter's insurance for the last 6 years and they are amazing, good affordable prices, friendly staff and great coverage. Will be using them for my car insurance in the future as well.
