There’s nothing about a mortgage process that’s great except approval and signing those final papers, but Candi was great. She was available, communIcative, supportive, and encouraging through the entire process.
Candi went out of her way to get us a grant to help with our closing costs. This cut our up front cost immensely and helped a ton. She was prompt in letting us know when items were due and made sure to send reminders often.
