They payoff of consolidation of bills. I had paid the monthly bill and the checks where made for more than the payoff Causing me extra steps and more interes.

Overall the process wasn't bad. The computer seemed to get stuck on some things. So that could have gone a bit easier. Cameron was able to get it unstuck and moving forward.
