First and foremost, Ms. Calie Thompson was the first person I spoke with at AmeriSave. I learned that she was going to be my loan originator and she guided me through the process. Any questions I could think of. she usually had the answer....

Calie did an excellent job of explaining the loan proposal and setting up our loan package, but the way tasks were handled on the application web site made the process somewhat challengin. When we had questions there was no was to get answers...
