Your Computer correspondence/signature forms need to be a little more "User Friendly ". Many senior citizen's like me are not computer savvy.
Length of approval process
everything went really smooth. We were able to get the documents they requested but one item I disliked the fact after 43 years of marriage, I had to produce a marriage license.
