Closing costs on mortgages are bird line criminal it's paperwork and way over priced . I paid cash for a piece of property and it was 1100.00 in n closing costs title companies are also a scam . whole industry needs to do better.

It seems that my personal information has been sold by AmeriSave as I've received dozens of solicitation phone calls and mailings from other companies trying to offer us a loan. This is rather disappointing and incredibly annoying
